Ghodbunder Road connects Mira Road to Thane and to Navi Mumbai via NH-4. The TMT is running their bus service from Mira Road to Thane. Also the Mira-Bhayandar Mahanagarpalika has started its own bus service under the title of Mira Bhayandar Municipal Transport (MBMT). Besides roadways, the locality is also connected through the western line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway.
